Return Policy (Personalized Products)

General Terms
Personalised products created according to the customer’s selections or designs cannot be returned.
This applies to all products that include:

Personalised text
-
Personalised design or image
-
Colours or options chosen by the customer
-
Files uploaded by the customer
When a Return Is Accepted
We can accept a return only in the following cases:

The product is defective upon delivery
-
The product is damaged
-
The product is substantially different from what was ordered
(wrong product, wrong design, wrong colour due to our error)
In these cases, the customer may request:
✅ A replacement, or
✅ A refund
within 14 days of receiving the order.
Cases NOT Covered
We cannot accept returns when the issue originates from customer choices, such as:

Errors in text (spelling, names, dates)

Wrong design uploaded by the customer

Low-quality or low-resolution files
-
Wrong colours or product options selected by the customer

Change of mind after production has begun

We will inform you about the next steps and the shipping procedure.
Refund Timeline
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Shipping
WE ONLY SHIP IN GREECE
We ship all products exclusively within Greece using Geniki Taxydromiki and BoxNow.
The shipping cost for parcels up to two kilos is 4.5 euros. For parcels over two kilos, the cost is calculated based on the total weight of your order.
We prepare your order on the same or the next business day, except in exceptional cases.
Delivery Times
The estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 business days. For remote areas, delivery times may vary.
For BoxNow, pickup from the locker is usually available within 24 to 48 hours after dispatch.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow its progress.
Non Pickup
If the order is not collected and is returned to us, we can resend it. Reshipping costs are covered by the customer.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If your address is incorrect or incomplete, delays or a return of the parcel may occur. Please double check your information before completing your order.
Damaged Products During Transit
If you receive a product that has been damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours and provide photos of the packaging and the product, so we can arrange a replacement or another solution.
