We believe in the power of personalised clothing and accessories to bring people, teams, and communities together.

In this context, and in line with our company’s ethical principles, we apply specific content standards to balance our customers’ freedom of expression with the potential impact that such content may have on others or on society in general.

We take our role as a platform for expression seriously and are committed to exercising it responsibly. These personalization guidelines are not exhaustive, and the final decision to approve or reject any design or artwork rests solely with us.

This policy is reviewed and updated periodically whenever deemed necessary.

CONTENT RULES

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse printing any design or artwork if we reasonably believe that it:

  • Promotes, encourages, or incites, directly or indirectly, hatred, hostility, discrimination, or violence against any group or individual based on race, ethnicity, religion or belief, ideology, gender or gender identity, sexual orientation, age, family status, poverty, disability, or illness.

  • Contains vulgar language or expresses hatred, anger, or extreme criticism toward public figures.

  • Encourages or threatens physical harassment of public figures or their families.

  • Constitutes slander, defamation, or damage to the reputation of individuals or organizations.

  • Encourages or promotes illegal activities or fraud.

  • Defends criminal acts or actions.

  • Promotes or depicts the use of illegal drugs.

  • Encourages the use of alcohol, tobacco, or marijuana by minors.

  • Displays graphic violence or self-harm (except in historical or artistic depictions).

  • Threatens violence or destruction of property.

  • Contains explicit sexual content or nudity that is not artistic or medical in nature.

  • Exploits or abuses children in any way.

  • Promotes animal cruelty.

  • Depicts people as animals in a way that dehumanizes them.

  • Supports or promotes terrorist organizations or their activities.

  • Includes misleading, false, or offensive information.

  • Violates third-party intellectual or industrial property rights (copyrights, trademarks, image rights, or privacy rights).

  • Contains third-party artwork or designs without the required permission or without substantial modification.

ORDERS

By submitting a personalised order and sending us your design:

  • You declare that your design does not violate the above rules and does not infringe third-party rights.

  • You confirm that you hold all necessary rights and permissions for any third-party material used.

  • You authorize us to personalize the products on your behalf.

  • You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, unlimited, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your design for the execution of your order and/or for promotional purposes (on our website, social media, newsletters, or advertisements).

  • You waive, to the extent permitted by law, any moral rights to the work.

  • You agree to indemnify us for any claim or damage arising from the use of your design.

If issues are found in the file (low resolution, incorrect placement, etc.), we will contact you for confirmation or corrections. If no response is received within 72 hours, we will proceed with the most recent version of the file.

In cases of uncertainty regarding copyrights or trademarks, we may request the necessary legal documentation.

If the content is deemed illegal, we are obliged to notify the competent authorities immediately.

The customization tool provides ready-made graphics and images for which we hold the rights. Their purchase grants a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them.

Printing techniques differ in quality and price. The customer is informed in each case and decides which technique they prefer. We are not responsible if the chosen technique is not the most suitable for the product or its intended use.

Minimum and maximum order quantities depend on the supplier and the product type. The customization tool will inform you of any limitations.

Personalized orders require an additional 5–10 working days for processing, in addition to standard delivery times.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT, UNLESS EXPRESSLY STATED OTHERWISE, CUSTOMIZATION SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, CLAIMS, OR LOSSES ARISING FROM THE USE OF CUSTOMIZATION SERVICES OR THEIR POTENTIAL UNAVAILABILITY. USING THESE SERVICES IS THE CUSTOMER’S SOLE RESPONSIBILITY.
