How can I design and print my order?
You can easily personalise your product with a photo, text, or ready-made designs.
1️⃣ Click the “Personalize it” button on the right side of the page.
2️⃣ Choose between:
• the product colour
• our ready-made designs
• your own photo in .jpg or .png format, at least 1000 x 1000 pixels and up to 5 MB
3️⃣ Add a name or message and choose the font and colour.
4️⃣ Check the preview and add the product to your cart to complete your order.
Our team reviews the quality of your photo or text and creates your product with care and precision. Each bottle is packaged carefully, ready for use or as a gift. If we need any clarification, we will get in touch with you.

Of course. If you have trouble personalising your product or aren’t sure how to set up your design, you can contact us and we will guide you step by step, or even create something for you.

Are there any restrictions on the designs I can upload?
Yes. For safety and print quality, there are some basic restrictions.
You can upload images in .jpg or .png format, with a minimum size of 1000 x 1000 pixels and up to 5 MB.
We cannot print designs that violate copyright, or any content that is offensive, dangerous, or inappropriate. You can find the full rules on our Personalization Policy page:

Can I change or modify a design after I upload it?
No. Once the order is paid, it goes directly into production. Since these are personalised products, we cannot accept returns or make changes after payment.
How complex can the design be?
You can upload both simple and complex designs, as long as they meet the printing quality requirements. We recommend images in .jpg or .png format, with a minimum size of 1000 x 1000 pixels and a maximum size of 5 MB, to ensure a clear, vibrant print.
For very complex or large designs, our team can advise you on improvements so that the final result is excellent.
What image quality is needed for a good print?
To ensure a clear and vibrant print, use images in .jpg or .png format with 1000 x 1000 pixels and 5 MB.
If your file is too small or low quality, the result may not be ideal. If in doubt, you can send us the image, and our team will guide you.
Can I combine photos and text on the same product?
Yes, you can add both a photo and text to the same product for a fully personalised result. Follow the steps in the preview: select or upload your photo, then add a name or message with your chosen font and colour.
Our team checks the quality of the image and text before production to ensure the final result is excellent.
Can I request a preview before printing?
Yes! During the personalisation process, you can see a live preview of your product with the photo and text you have chosen. This helps you check that the result looks exactly as you envision before adding the product to your cart and completing your order.
If you’re unsure, send us a message for us to check it or give us a call. Our team also reviews the quality of the files before production to ensure an excellent result.
What type of printing do you use?
We use professional-grade printing with durable inks and carefully selected materials for each product.
Are the colors in the print the same as on the screen?
The colors in the print may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to differences in screen resolution, lighting, and printing materials. We do our best to ensure the final result is as close as possible to the design you created.

Shipping, Payments & Returns
Is free shipping available?
For orders over 60 euros, you get free shipping on your products.
How long does home delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the product and the personalisation you have chosen. Usually, production and shipping of a personalised product takes:
2–5 business days
5–10 business days, depending on the country
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow its progress to your home.

Which courier do you use?
For Greece, we work with Geniki Taxydromiki and BoxNow.
For shipments to European countries, we choose the most suitable courier service depending on the country and the shipment, to ensure the best balance of cost, quality, and speed.
I haven’t received a confirmation or shipping email, what should I do?
Check your Spam/Junk folder. If you don’t find anything, contact us with your order number.
Can I have my order delivered to pick-up points or lockers?
Yes, you can choose delivery to pick-up points or lockers via BoxNow in Greece.
During the checkout process, you will see the available pick-up locations near you and can select the most convenient one.
Is there an express delivery option?
Yes, we offer express shipping within Greece and abroad for a small additional fee, provided you contact us promptly.
Do you provide a shipping tracking number?
Yes, every order comes with a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
Do you provide an invoice?
Yes, we provide an invoice for all orders. If you need an invoice or have special requirements, contact us and we will guide you.

Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for personalised products, as they are made exclusively for you.

How can I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order only before it goes into production. Once the order is paid and production of the personalised product has started, we cannot cancel or return it.

Is there a time limit for reporting an issue?
Yes, to support you effectively, any issue or difficulty must be reported within 14 days of receiving your order.
